Features
The SC2 Series press is designed to be capable of furnishing an accuracy for maximum power,therefore,it is able to protect the precision parts from being damaged or transfigured.
To-gether with the SC2,the function of two dimensional or three dimensional automatic feeding device can be more developped.
Removal of lateral pressure
Two point crank shaft system in reversal rotation to remove lateral pressure.
The conventional press has a 4-faced slide guides,45 degree.
Square hexahedron quide
The square, hexahedron,guides of the slide in SC2,is very resistive deflection, no matter it moves,back and forth,lateral or rotational.
The conventional 45 degree press,the 4-faced slide guide is allow to have √2 times of interval of movement,therefore., such a guide is almost not capable of resisting the rotational bending.
High rigidity machineSC2 series press has high inflexibility and strong force of resistance to deal with the eccentric load,the SC2 is designed to remove the following four defectives to minimum:
- Angular deflection of the frame：α
- Elongation of the frame：δ1
- Deflection of the slide：δ2
- Deflection of the bolster：δ3
High degree of dynamic accuracy
SC2 capable of produce precision part and to protect expensive tools,the mechanism designed to be able to furnish high inflexibility and low deflection value.
